Mooikloof Recreation Club Booking Platform:
Mooikloof Recreation Club uses the ProBooking Booking platform to manage bookings at the club facilities. By logging into the Mooikloof Recreation Club Bookings, you will access the Mooikloof Recreation Club Client in the ProBooking Booking System. Frequently Asked Questions:
I do not have a Password: If you have never received a Password, chances are that your account is not registered. Please go to the “Registration” page by following the Register Link and follow the instructions.
I forgot my Password: If you have received a password previously, but lost and/or forgot it, please follow the “Forgot Password” link. By entering your mobile number (used to register your account), the system will reset your password and sms you a new one.
I receive a message that my mobile number is not found when I enter it in the “Forgot Password” area: This means your mobile number is not listed as a registered number for some reason. Please continue to the “Registration” page by following the Register Link to Register your mobile number.
How do I make a booking: Bookings can be made by following the following easy steps:
1. Log into the Mooikloof Recreation Club Booking Area by entering your mobile number and password.
2. Select the entity at which the booking is to be made at the top left of the booking page.
3. Choose the time of your booking by clicking on it. Please note dark shaded times are not available for booking.
4. Select the booking times and add any comments if necessary.
5. Then select “Make Booking”, which will complete your booking.
6. The system will send you a booking confirmation email and a booking reminder via sms “x hours” before your booking.
How do I change a booking: Bookings can be changed by following the following easy steps:
1. Log into the Mooikloof Recreation Club Booking Area by entering your mobile number and password.
2. Select the entity at which the booking was made.
3. Find the booking and click on it. The booking screen should open.
4. Change the booking as wished and click “Make Booking”.
5. The system will send you a booking confirmation email and a booking reminder via sms “x hours” before your booking.
I do not Receive my Booking Confirmations: Booking Confirmations is emailed to the email address linked to your account. If booking confirmation is not received, chances are that your email address is not listed correctly. Please see “Update my Details” below.
I would like to change my Password or Personal Details: Your personal details can be changed by logging into the Mooikloof Recreation Club Booking area. Then select the “Change my Details” or “Change my Password” from the left menu items. Update the details and select “submit”.
